Postsecondary Education
The successful transition of students with disabilities from high school to college is a team effort. The Center for Disability Services has developed a list of resources that we hope will benefit students, parents, and high school counselors as they plan for this new experience. After High School...After College...
The transition from high school to college and/or college to employment for students with disabilities is a significant and exciting change; ideally, preparation should begin early. Students are encouraged to utilize these transition guides to support them in their endeavors.
